The Amstar Group places the utmost importance on all matters health and safety and strives towards ISO 4801.
All staff are trained and monitored under our HSE matrix and safe work procedures with strong focus on the mining environment.
You will have access to our Amstar Support team, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our resolution resource is your primary point of contact for recording and managing all technical support related Incidents and Service Requests for your services. Incidents and Service Requests will be managed by the technician in accordance with ITIL best practice guidelines to meet the applicable service level targets.
Amstar operate services to a set of mature processes and a procedural-based management system which has been created and audited by independent auditor with final audit to be at ISO:9001 standard. Our Project Managers, Business Development Managers, Technical Engineers and Solution Architects all operate under a set of controlled processes.
The transition of services to Amstar’s network will be fully managed and supervised by a team of qualified, experienced engineers. With a tested and proven project management methodology strongly aligned with industry standards PMBOK and PRINCE2, Amstar have successfully transitioned numerous services in accordance with the obligations, scope and responsibilities as defined by our customers.
